to be an organized Human Resources
director and to oversee business operations.

served on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower
for most of his 22 years of naval service.
John has 19 years of nuclear power
experience on both aircraft carriers and
submarines. He provides thorough
expertise in electronic, electrical and
mechanical nuclear systems. John has led
divisions of 90 people and a department of
nearly 400 during five deployments. He
brings expertise in type-2 nuclear
electronics, microprocessor-based
instrumentation and control systems,
reactor operations and supervision,
shipboard and depot-level overhaul and
repair, and nuclear quality assurance. He
also has experience as a radiological
controls monitor and served 3 years as a
navy recruiter. John is a graduate of the
Naval Nuclear Power School and Nuclear
Electronics ‘A’ School and is a member of
AFCEA and the USNI. He is currently
studying business at Howard Community
