I am pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2009, Archatais LLC will be moving
into its new office located in Mount Airy, MD.  With our new Health Care division's
focus on the Fort Detrick (Frederick County, MD) and Center for Medicare & Medicaid
(Baltimore County, MD) accounts, a Central Maryland location was desired.  Our new
office will be located less than 1 mile off Exit 68 of Interstate 70 in beautiful Mount
Airy.

Archatais is proud to announce that Lori Warrenfeltz has become President and
Majority Owner of Archatais, LLC.  She brings with her 20 years of experience in the
Health Care Industry which will help Archatais as it expands into new markets.  Lori
has served in the past as chief liaison between health care providers and Medicare
and other insuring agencies.  She served in this capacity with both long-term care
providers and privatemedical practices.

with a contract supporting the DoD.  Leveraging their years of Subject Matter Expertise
with the US Navy and the Intelligence Community, Archatais will be supporting the
buildout of further enhancements to our national security system.

Brian Knudson and Archatais LLC are proud members of the YMCA Camp Letts
Board of Directors. Camp Letts, located on a beautiful inlet off the sparkling
Chesapeake Bay, overlooks three islands and a 2,600-acre preserve that has served
as the backdrop for 100 summers of land-based and aquatic adventures.

Archatais is proud to announce that it has joined DCS Corporation on its
Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services (CEOss) Contract.  CEOss is a
multiple-award BPA contract that supports the Marine Corps Systems Command in
all aspects of acquisition, logistics, engineering, scientific, logistics, administrative,
business and analytical services.

The Navy awarded a team led by Archtais LLC a SeaPort-e contract that will provide
for their competition for service requirements solicited by Naval Sea Systems
Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems
Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval
Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, and
the Marine Corps.

Archatais Executive VP Brian Knudson participated as a judge for the Washington
DC YMCA 16th annual Thingamajig Invention Convention.  At Thingamajog, children
investigate the fields of science, engineering, architecture and design through
educational activities that motivate them to care for the environment and for
themselves.
